Online ability and dependability tests

The dependability test has as been specifically designed to help us identify potential employees who’ll have good attendance records, be effective and positive team members, and who can be relied on to produce good-quality work.

The ability tests measure your ability to:

• find errors in forms, by comparing text in a form to text in a paragraph format (checking test)
• use basic mathematical calculations to solve real-life problems (mathematical test)
• combine separate pieces of information and determine true statements based on that information (verbal test)

The four tests are all completed on line and take a total of approximately 30 minutes.
