We ask every successful candidate to take a phone interview, so one of our Resourcing Consultants will get in touch with you to agree the best time to talk.

It’s all pretty straightforward, really. During the actual interview we’ll ask you for biographical details such as your current salary, notice period, when you could start work and what you did in any previous jobs. We’ll also ask you some competency-based questions (see below - Competency-based interview) to explore how you’ve handled certain situations in the workplace.

It’s also a great opportunity for us to tell you more about the job itself, what tasks you’d be doing, the benefits we provide and the company itself. And remember, we’re always there to answer any questions you may have about us or the job you’re applying for.
