Here’s how AEGON is structured in the UK and the brand names that our products and services are sold under:

AEGON for Corporates

  • corporate pensions and employee benefits provided through AEGON Scottish Equitable
  • scheme administration through AEGON HS Admin
  • actuarial advice to trustees through AEGON Actuarial Services
  • investment and administrative support through AEGON Trustee Solutions
  • worksite communication and education software through AEGON Benefit Solutions.

AEGON for Individuals

  • provides individual pension, annuity and protection products through AEGON Scottish Equitable
  • offshore investment and tax planning through AEGON Scottish Equitable International
  • administers life and pensions policies for existing Guardian customers

AEGON Advice

  • made up of our two independent financial adviser firms, Origen and Positive Solutions
  • AEGON started investing in advisers in 2002 in anticipation of ‘depolarisation’, which relaxed the rules around ownership of advice firms
  • Origen was created from five existing businesses and launched in 2004
  • Positive Solutions has over 1,000 Registered Individuals and is one of the fastest growing IFA firms in the UK
