Salary
- Competitive starting salary ranging from £12,000 to £17,250 based on skills, experience and behaviours. For some roles that require specialist skills and knowledge, the starting salary may be above £17,250. Formal reviews at least once a year with clear salary progression.
Pension
- Non-contributory pension scheme
- Employer pension contributions from 6 % to 12% of salary
Bonus and shares
- Individual performance-related bonus of up to 20% per year
- Participation in any annual Share Scheme offered by parent company if eligible
Holidays
- 25 days’ annual holiday plus nine days’ public holiday

Flexitime
- Flexitime system provides flexibility around hours worked (in some areas there is more of a restriction on flexitime ie Contact Centre)
